Box Office

Tickets to events at the Liacouras Center can be purchased in person at the Box Office during the below hours, by clicking the Buy Tickets" button on the left, or through phone at 800-298-4200. Please be aware that tickets purchased through phones, Internet and outlets are subject to additional Convenience charges. When purchasing tickets through the internet and the phones please note your WILL CALL option.

Box Office Hours

Monday - Friday: 10am to 5pm

Saturday: 10am to 4pm

Sunday: Closed, except when there is an event or onsale.

Payments accepted at box office

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM/Debit.
Credit Card purchases require a photo ID or two forms of non photo ID
Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Cash is preferred for concerts
Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the box office windows in the main lobby on the Broad Street side of the arena. Will Call tickets are printed and will be available for pick up approximately 1 1/2 hours before the event start time. To pick up Will Call tickets you must have a photo ID and your confirmation number (if applicable).

Tickets purchased via phone or the internet by a credit card may be left and Will Call, however, only the credit card holder, with a valid picture ID may pickup those tickets. Tickets cannot be left under a different name, unless the pickup person has the same last name as the card holders and this is communicated to the box office prior to pickup of tickets.

The Liacouras Center Arena Box Office is located on the Broad Street side of the arena.

Children Policy

Unless otherwise designated by a promoter, children 2 and younger do not need a ticket to attend an event as long as they are sitting on a lap.

Accessible Seating

The Liacouras Center Arena recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities. The Arena is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines. To purchase accessible seating for any event you must call the visit the Liacouras Center Arena box office in advance or call 215-204-2400.

Temple Theatre
