Box Office
Tickets to events at the Liacouras Center can be purchased in person at the Box Office during the below hours, online through www.liacourascenter.com, or through phone at 800-298-4200. Please be aware that tickets purchased through phones, Internet and outlets are subject to additional Convenience charges. When purchasing tickets through the internet and the phones please note your WILL CALL option.
Box Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 10am to 5pm
Saturday: 10am to 4pm
Sunday: Closed, except when there is an event or onsale.
Payments accepted at box office
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM/Debit.
Credit Card purchases require a photo ID or two forms of non photo ID
Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Cash is preferred for concerts
Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the box office windows in the main lobby on the Broad Street side of the arena. Will Call tickets are printed and will be available for pick up approximately 2 hours before the event start time.
- To pick up Will Call tickets you must have a photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number.
- Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Liacouras Center cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
- Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope, and only to the person who purchased the tickets with the credit card used and a valid ID.
The Liacouras Center Arena Box Office is located on the Broad Street side of the arena.

Children Policy
Unless otherwise designated by a promoter, children 2 and younger do not need a ticket to attend an event as long as they are sitting on a lap.
Accessible Seating
The Liacouras Center Arena recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities. The Arena is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines. To purchase accessible seating for any event you must call the visit the Liacouras Center Arena box office in advance or call 215-204-2400.
