The 11th Annual School Day Basketball Game hosted by Temple Women’s Basketball will be held at The Liacouras Center on the campus of Temple University Wednesday, February 13 at 12 p.m. Temple will face off against Atlantic 10 opponent Rhode Island in front of over 25 local schools.

Temple women’s basketball head coach and five-time national championship winner Tonya Cardoza, will welcome and energize the crowd in attendance, while 6ABC anchor Jennifer Joyce will be onsite to provide an inspirational and educational message to students about the importance of being active. Each school will receive special recognition for participating in the fun filled day and each student will receive a workbook from the Daily News Newspaper in Education. The day will conclude with students watching an exciting NCAA basketball game between Temple and Rhode Island.
